I would like to appeal my bans mostly the last 2 that resulted in my perma ban. I was told there was free speech and I didn't direct it to hurt him he gave me no warning to not talk about his family nor tell me to stop the first ban i would like to refer to was when I was banned for saying "if you kick me again I will put you nan in the hospital" which was in a joking manner as I do not know where he lives nor wish to know where he lives. Apparently I had No Intent to RP when I had just joined and yes I did miss-use comms and he kicked me for that and I rejoined and that's when I made the remark in OOC chat. I have been with this community for 1-2 months and I love most the people in the community. Now the 2nd ban (the last one that resulted in my perma ban) was for making a stupid joke at Beach/Sand when he was training me he constantly said "If you talk over me in training again you will be banned" when he could've simply not trained me but instead he banned me, The tipping point was when we did formations and he said "This is a loose wedge but it's not that loose" Then I answered saying the following "Says your mother" Then he goes on to ban me for the 6-7th time which is a permaban but ended up banning himself. I know you don't care Volker and Ross or Gunther will answer this but you shouldn't give your mods so much power to do as they please i'm sure he didn't ask a higher up to permaban nor did I get a moment to talk to you personally as you were always too busy i'm sure the rules dont say "Rule (203) No calling eachothers mums loose" it is honestly stupid how he bans me when he feels is necessary when I insult his family.

Misusing Comms, OOC, #public-general or any other form of public communication to start arguments, insult people, etc. will not be tolerated and will have you removed from whichever platform this occurs on. C). It is important that you keep in mind, any and all reports from players regarding yourself will be taken with utmost seriousness, so watch your behaviour. D). We have now made it clear that a permaban is an option for us, and that we will not refrain from doing it again if the circumstances are correct.
