To make sure people are having run and following rules put up for RP. Staffs help new players get a grasp on how to play and what to do. The staff makes the game fair and fun for all.   Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+):  In Berlin during 1944 was hard for all people living in the city limited food/ supply’s and almost daily bombing runs made life very hard for people if the mother city of Germany. After WW1 Hitler started a political group known as the national socialist German workers party or Nazi for short. The party made plans to make Germany great as it was before WW1 by undoing the Treaty of Versailles and building up their army.  [/color][/size][/b][color=#ffffff][b][size=150]The Nazi party grew bigger and bigger soon being the biggest political party in all of Germany. Hitler made a group within the Nazi party known as the SA whose job it was to defend the Nazi party and take out the opposition. [/size][/b][b][size=150]When the war started there where two main forces within city walls you have the Gestapo which was the secret police within Germany and the main SS /Army Forces whose job it was to stop attacks [/size][/b] [b][size=150]Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I will spectate the person to see if they are in RP at the time and see what they are doing. If I do not see them do anything at that time I will bring both the accrued and the victim for a sit and get both sides of the story to see if it was RDM or part of RP. 2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I will direct them to SS and that they will need to work up the ranks that it will be a long road ahead   3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that is messing around: A question such as this needs content. If there messing around falls under being a minge they will either get a verbal warning or a Witten out warn. And if the messing around does not fall under being a minge they can use it as RP 4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: This is not a staff members job and is best to be left in RP since there is no reason to bring it out of RP unless a rule has been broken 5) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP game mode: Passive RP in basic terms Is making your own RP that does not fall within serious RP and realism. Examples of passive RP may include. Being a doctor and making up an illness that someone has or “Finding” items on someone when you are searching for them 6) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat Baiting is doing an action that does not directly impact another person but still gives them a reason to kill you. The issue with this is if you do this you can call RDM since you did not touch another player. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. I play from late afternoon to late at night, when other staff may not be available.
