[color=#3498db][i]A staff member isn't meant to be a fun role, a staff member is to have the skills and be capable of taking on mental pressure and taking on mundane tasks. Staff is meant to enforce the rules to keep the community in a condition where it is able to be monitored here and there. Being a staff member you must have the ability to multi task and have exceptional patience. [/i][/color]

[color=#3498db][i]It is currently 1940 in town located somewhere in Poland, Winston Churchill has just become the prime minister and the Nazi's have successfully invaded Belguim, France, Netherlands and Luxembourg. The Luftwaffe has just been set in order to air raid Central London. The SS Polizei have started to murder Polish Resistance, and trying to minimise all Poles and Jews in the area. [/i][/color]
[b]Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:[/b]
[b]1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:[/b]
[color=#3498db][i]I would !goto (Player) and ask them who is RDM'ing, after I found the RP Name I would !goto (Player) and question them regarding the incident. If they freely admit to RDM'ing I would warn them, if there is reasonable evidence that RDM was not the case I would not warn them.[/i][/color]
[b]2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:[/b]
[color=#3498db][i]Firstly I would mention the CCI Program ran by Volker and Stephan that is the first steps of becoming an Official. After I have mentioned the program I would explain that becoming an Official it is not just a promotion, its for a select group who have the potential and skills who are seen by someone such as Volker. 3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:I would explain that the server is built around RP and that messing around isn't what they should be doing. I would NOT explain that they have to leave the server for not RP'ing but I would influence them on RP'ing to make the experience not only better for them but for everybody in the community.[/i][/color]

I'd try to inform them that they should RP properly as it will only be beneficial, don't tell them they could be demoted but explain how you wouldn't want them demoted for such a reason, you would much prefer to see them RP'ing and having more fun! [color=#3498db][i]PassiveRP is another form of RP that is not based on your own Roleplay but based around somebody else's roleplay for the pure enjoyment. For Example; Not Roleplaying as "Gun Dealer" more as such to being there for other players entertainment. [/i][/color]

[color=#3498db][i]From my 6,000 + Hours on Garry's Mod I have experience from every field, my knowledge, apprehensive skills and my joyful conversations that interact with most players in the community , and that everybody shows interest towards me. I don't achieve for my best, I achieve my potential. I always try to be a "Prominent" person around all people in the community. I have countless hours as staff on multiple servers, during this time I have learnt how to deal with most Sits, Situations and Issues that may occur. I dedicate my full time to RHC in which is spent on helping the community in discord, in game and mostly all round VC. When working in sits I am sure to always listen to both sides and get a grasp on the situation, I am always working towards getting the correct punishment and trying to make the game fair and fun for everybody. I take sits very seriously as they are community incident, It is only beneficial to explain and educate the people who may have been in the wrong to ensure that that incident won't happen again further in the future. As a staff member you never want to swear or abuse players you have to treat everyone as they are people and give everybody a fair chance unless the rules have been broken, this is when warns and kicks come into play. Not only do people think I am suited for this role but I'm full time dedicated on working towards making RHC one of the best communities out there. [/i][/color]
