However if they do admit to their offence I will warn them for RDM. 2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Commanding Officer: I would explain that they must be a RHC offical and they in order to do this must do the intensive test hosted by der Fuhrer Volker, and then request officer training from either Volker, or Ross. However I would explain to them they need to be well known, respectable, serious with their RP, and low encounters with staff being the defending party and ending with a warn, kick, ban, etc. 3) You are asked by a player about how to become an RHC Official:  I would explain that they will need to contact either Volker, Ross, of another member of the higher heirachy of the Red Hill Clan and ask when the next intensive test will be. In addition I would tell them the benefits of such a role within the Clan are, but most importantly the responsibility of maintaing such a role and how they reflect what the clan is to others. 4) You catch somebody not performing RP and messing around with other players: I would warn them verbally to cut it out or they will be warned, and of course if they don't warn them, if they still continue I would go up the heirachy of punishment. 5) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: Supposing the question is in reference to in-game rank such as SGT, LT, etc... I would explain to them that if they do not pick their act up I will contact their Commanding Officer and report the happenings, if the person continues and the Commanding Officer does nothing about it I would refer to Volker and explain the situation. Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: PassiveRP plays a major role in all forms of RP. PassiveRP is the roleplay in which players are not in combat, this can include parade marching, fixing things, controling things, or simple things as just saluting and officer to hall attention as they pass by, without this form of RP the server would simply be shoot this, shoot that, and sit on the ship and do nothing until the next event, hence its importance to keep players occupied and increase immersion amongst players. Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat baiting is the act of annoying a player, such as hitting them with tools such as climbswep to anger them and get them to shoot at the player, or shooting at their feet to get them to act in a hostile manner using lethal force. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words):[/b]  I have stated this in my RHC Offical application, and I will state it again. I do not think I deserve staff more than anyone else, I do not place my self above others as we are all here for the same thing, to have fun in our tight community. But I will however list the reasons I think I would make a fairly applicable staff member. I am an active member of the community since the recent 1940's Nazi Occupied Poland RP, I have a feeling to assist and give back to the community instead of just playing on it hence applying for staff, I act in a professional manner and wish to represent the staff of the Red Hill Clan to the highest potental, whilst I am a sturn person who can stand their ground and keep my cool I can have a laugh when it is the right time and place, I have moderating, and staff managing skills from the 4 DarkRP servers I have been able to be staff on, I have rather extensive knowledge of ULX commands and reasonable punishments for certain situations. But to close, I am an experienced person when it comes to moderating, and I would love to give back some time for the Red Hill Clan by assisting staff this CWRP server.
