Why do you deserve this rank: [b] I believe i would make a great addition to the staffing team as ive spent countless hours staffing and playing GMOD, im very confident with the ULX - FAdmin Commands knowing all of them off by heart, i love staffig and take it very seriously as it is a major part of a gmod server. Im very strict on rules but love having fun. Im also believe im a friendly player, im easy to be around and loving meeting new players as well as guiding and showing the new players around with newer type addons ect. I know every rule of Darkrp like the back of my hand, as ive been playing for 6 years and grown an addiction for it. As well as staffing properly im also a very active player with over 100 hours played this week. I have many skills i would love to use on this server, many range from knowing all the rules inside and out, having a large variety of knowledge around Admin Commands, Rules such as NLR (New-Life-Rule) or RDM (Random - Deathmatch) i know how to manage time well, which can drasticly help with sits and other important jobs around the server! How many warns do you have on the server?: [b]Currently Have Zero And Plan To Keep It That Way[/b]  Scenarios  1.If someone on the server is Mic spamming what do you do? - [b]If a player is mic spamming i would (first - verbally warn the player) is the player continues after being told not to, i would proceed to (mute and warn or just warn the player) if the player continues, i would then mute the player.[/b]  2.Someone has just joined the server and doesn't know what to do, what do you do? [b]I would first ask if they know what they are doing or ask if they have any questions they would like to ask, if they seem pretty confident i would let them go and do what they came to do, except i would keep an eye for them breaking rules. If the choose the need help ill take them to a roof and explain everything, without ignoring other sits.[/b]  3. People are getting bored and leaving because no one is around, what do you do? [b]Encourage Jackpots, create games such as hide and seek, hunger games (for prizes) to gain the attention of players.[/b]  4. If someone spams chat and insulting everyone and you what do you do? - [b]First warn the player, if he/she continues, proceed to mute the player, if they then proceed after a timed mute, i would kick the player or ban the player depending of the severity of the insults/language[/b]  5. If someone is failrp'ing and is not listening after their C.O after multiple warnings, what do you do? - [b]First warn the player, if they continue, kick/ban depending on the offenc[/b]e.  6. If someone is Mass RDMING what do you do? [b]I would first grab the steamID and kick the player to prevent anyone losing anything they worked hard for, then proceed to ban the id, or send it to an admin so they can (if mods cant ban)[/b]  7. If someone left the sit what would you do? - [b]I would first !jailtp or !freezetp the player so they cannot leave the sit, may or may not warn the player, if they left the sit by leaving the game, i would get their steam i.d and ban it manually through !menu or give it to a higher up.[/b]  8. If someone lies to you and you find out they did what do you do? - [b]First verbally warn them/warn them depending on the offence, tell them that lying is prohibited in this community and server. if there are multiple occasions of lies, i will ban for a short period of time.[/b]  9.If another staff member is abusing and he is a higher rank than you what do you do? - [b]Tell/Message a higher up (Co - Owner/ Owner - Super Admin) to report the abuse, providing screenshots/records to prove my point.[/b]  10. If someone is just all round griefing what do you do. -[b] Just kick the player to protect anyones items/progress, ban when they join back and continue.[/b]  Meanings 1. What does RDM mean? [b]Random Death Match - "Randomly" Killing Another Player Out Of The Blue For Your Personal Gain, Or Just To Be Funny (Or Have A Joke) This is the most reoccuring problem throughout every darkrp server. Examples Could Include Walking Down Main Street Minding Your Own Business And Boom! You Have Been Shot And Killed For No Reason.[/b][b]2. What does RDA mean? Random Arrest - Simular to RDM, its different as RDA is when a player becomes a job with arresting properties and begins to start randomly arresting players for no reason. Some people think that when you die in a raid you can come back and arrest theplayer when they call raid over (NLR as well). Examples Include, Spawning in, Some player comes up and arrests you, then begins to start arresting the entire server.[/b]  3. What does Meta Gaming mean? [b]Meta - Gaming - Is Using Information That You Can See Out Of RP (Such as names, jobs, ranks, roles) to your advantage. For example hiding when they see a thief go near their base.[/b]  4. What does NLR mean? - [b]New Life Rule - NLR, NLR is when you die you are prohibited to return to your place of death, or continue RP  after death. Waiting a specific time limit before returning to RP. This includes not revenge killing after death.[/b]  5. What is prop climbing? - [b]Prop Climbing is using "Props" to get into areas/bases or just fly around the map, involving spawning props to use to your advantage.[/b]
