When a good admin can lift a server and should bring safety and security to player making them want to continue playing on the great server RHC is. Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words):[/b]I can introduce leadership, effort, and quality to the staff team. it's my belief that my being within the staff team I can provide a fun role play environment and fairness to the server. That being said, i actually believe that I can bring more of a player approach to being Staff and may successfully help breach the gap between Staff and therefore the player base. RHC is ever growing and evolving server. therefore, I feel that I can help grow the server into a far better environment for all those that need time to enjoy an easy game. Being a staff has an understanding that we are human and that we make mistakes, that being said I will check out each side of the story. What I can bring back the staff team is another over achieving able to learn to raised himself to higher standards  What you'll see is that I'm very mature and do not break the principles , by me breaking the principles I will be able to provide myself an equivalent punishment I provide other however I will be able to not break the principles because am a task model to the server as is every staffer and that we are here to supply enjoyable and fun role play.
