Referring to Volker as 'My Fuherer' is a clear example of a method of expressing Hierarchy  Staff Situations - Staff are required to fulfil administrative responsibilities on the server, from both minging behaviour to more serious threats to the server, such as threats of DDOS and scripts.  Patience is absolutely vital in sits. Some players will be hard to handle and its mindful in calling a sit you will be interruptting roleplay time for those players. A calm, patient and cooperative attitude will ultimately support you in fixing the situation quicker. Staff misconduct should be reported to higher up's and NOT handled by yourself.  4. All contributions ultimately help contribute to the reputation of the clan both internally and externally. Loyalty and creative thinking is all important for the Fuhrer - Volker, in being the founder, knows what is best for the community.  6. What does it mean to be the Clan? To be the clan is to help create a new, emerging and unique community. RHC is a fun, loyal and friendly clan that invites all. Being involved means contributing to a wider goal - to create a place for Aussie gamers, by Aussie gamers. As stated in the clan values, RHC is about "[b]achievement, ambition, and Clansman Ship" - [/b]and thus to be part of it is to help fulfil this ideal. 7.
