State the role of staff on the server:

Give some context to the time period we are in (late clone wars era):
In words of the owner we are about 4 years before order 66
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:[/b]
[b]1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:
bring both players to a admin sit and proceed to hear both sides of the story. if the person in question is rdming then he will get a warning and if continuing be kicked or banned
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Commanding Officer:
inform them that even with background experience they will have to earn the rank nothing of importance is handed out for free
3) You are asked by a player about how to become an RHC Official:
with extreme dedication to the server and the social platforms outside the server such as the steam group and the discord server
4) You catch somebody not performing RP and messing around with other players:
they are to be warned and if they proceed and ignore you they are to be kicked and if they continue to ruin rp then a ban
5) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:
report this to someone of higher authority on the server as they can give more advice on the situation and be able to deal with it properly
Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
passive rp is being able to rp without putting much effort into it. it just comes naturally and this can help players have a great rp experience
Define the term of Combat Baiting:
purposely doing things such as annoying or provoking other players so that they engage in combat with you and so that you can fight them with an excuse
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words):[/b]
With extensive history with the owners servers in the past such as Vscript, Cerebro, Society Servers and rhc and being moderators, admins and super admins on previous servers, I believe this gives me experience in the field. This allows me to be familiar with ulx and how to handle situations when it comes to them. I want to be able to help the community with any issues they face and be able for players and admins to have a safe and fun rp experience. Hoping you see potential in me, I wish to help you guys into building a better community and a stronger community. I have also had many hours on garrys mod spanning from multiple accounts such as my current one with just under 400 hours and having a shared account with 1600+ hours on garrys mod. I believe this also contributes to my expereince in garrys mod. I hope you see this as an adequate application and can see my experience and will allow me to apart of your team.
