Army group North besieged Lenningrad while Army group South began 'Operation Balu' to take the caucasus. The original objective was to control Soviet held oil reserves to supply Hitlers Panzer divisions. Hitler however changed the plan, just like in the 'Battle of Britain' he changed the tatics from strategical to ideological. Ordering General Friedrich Paulus to detour and take Stalingrad. In this mission Paulus used the Luftwaffe to soften Stalingrads resistance, however indoing so he made Stalingrad a pile of rubble perfect for gurellia warfare. Due to nolonger having Air-supremacy in the British channel British bombers begin to bomb German cities with Lancaster bombers. 1942 Is the first year that Hitler began to fight defencively and the lack of German logistics became evident.[/b]  [b]Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:[/b]  [b]1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:[/b][b]Spectate that player immediatly. (I don't like disturbing RP if It can still be played out and provide players with warning and tips as to how to imporve. If it's blaitant RDM, then harsher punishment is required). Players who wish to be part of the Reich are encouraged to join the SS as a Cadet and prove themselves through service. With time and consistency, they may be promoted if they are deserving.[/b]  [b]3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:[/b][b]Depends on player count. If they are civilian more semi serious RP. However if its someone in the Reich remind them that they are expected to do their duty or they may be repremanded by their superior. [/b]  [b]4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:[/b][b]Propose to High Command about a possible demotion... Give high ranks to those who deserve it. [/b]  [b]Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants: I believe I am a natural leader, in ever server I have joined in Gmod I eventually take a position of command or a mod/admin role. This has not been requested, but earned. I am usually one of the most active, reliable & trustworthy players on the server. I also take roleplay rather seriously, in such that I believe I bring the quality of RP on the server up. I have also studied WWII in High School and University.  Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words):[/b]  [b]SERIOUS RP - I consider myself a serious RP'r and I wish to instill that in other people. On other servers I have previously been a General & Commander 4 times. I lead by example, this extends into being an Admin or Mod.[/b]  [b]ENTHUSIASM FOR HISTORICAL ACCURACY - thoroughly enjoy the History behind WWII, especially Nazi Germany as it was the last war before you could just wipe your enemy out with the press of a button. I would like to ensure that this server keeps as historically accurate as possible in a GarrysMod server setting. [/b]  [b]MATURITY - Turning 25 years old I feel I bring a different level or maturity and a different perspective to this server that others may not. I also have worked in customer service for 4 years allowing me to understand and handel the worst of people. [/b]  [b]BY THE BOOK - I will ensure that players and conducting themselves to the best of their abilites and bettering roleplay in every aspect. My main focus would be to ensure that anyone play a German (Nazi) character is act in a way befitting of the Third Reich.
